When I try to login my PayPal account it saying "can't login and if you think got problem with your account please contact us" my email address and password is right and accurate! then I try reset my password..then I can access my account, why did this happen? any help out there?

Thanks for posting in the forum and apologies for the delay. Sorry to hear that this is happening. Have you tried a different browser or clearing cookies & cache? This may help in some cases.
