Buyer paid for iotem,then agreed to pay extr postage,i sent 3 invoices but she didnt pay,so i decided to let it go,then i had a case againgst me stating she wanted a refund as she hadnt recieved the item,i somehow in error sent a refund,but tried to get it stopped,i have proof of delivery with her signature on it,iv spoken twice to ebay and got put on hold for 40 mins,so sent an e mail to her to request t he return of the item,she is not replying,iv tried to open a case in the resolution centre but it wont let.So this buyer now has the item and the refund,please can someone tell me how to sort this out as Ebay arent helping at all..?
