A question from Terry Woodliffe
"I have tried to change my password, but each time I am asked for the number of my relevant credit or debit card - which I no longer have. As I'm dealing with automated responses I can get no further. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!!!!"

Hi Terry,
I can imagine it is very frustrating, especially as the cards are old ones that you can't access. My advice would be to contact Customer Services as they should be able to get you access to your account. I wouldn't like to go through the procedure here as I may need account specific information.
