I want to buy something from a UK supplier and pay them in GBP using an email account they have supplied.
I am currently in France.
When I come to complete the transaction I received e a message that it can't be processed at this time.
There are other UK services that I can't access from France, e.g.BBC TV, because the IP address is not a UK one. This I can get round using a VPN. If I use the VPN I can't load any PAYPAL UK web page.
Paypal is country specific so if you move country you have to open another paypal account in that country and add an address / phone number / and bank accounts from within that country.
Advice is voluntary. Kudos / Solution appreciated.
