My refund has been sent to my old account I've been locked out of for some reason when I try and log in it says somethings gone wrong. And my refund has been sent to this account I'm logged out of. And PayPal online help is shite

Is your old account closed? Only you are only allowed x2 paypal accounts if x1 is personal and the other x1 is business.

If you have 2 of the same kind paypal has been known to close or limit one or both.

Hi, yes it was also a personal account but my refund was sent to that email address. I'm wondering what will happen to my money if the account has closed
