Hello All

Has anyone else had problems getting through to the help number 0870 730 7191 I have been trying for 2 days now i have rung the number 100 times according to my phone and it is always engaged, i have not been able to get Paypal to give me an answer.

Nay help would be much appreciated.

PayPal -- you're sending out the WRONG PHONE NUMBER on your password alert emails!

My partner just received an email from you stating that her password had been changed (she didn't change it). The number on the email was 0800 358 7191.

Like the op here, she has been trying that number non-stop for hours and getting the engaged tone.

Now you say that the correct number is 0800 358 7911!

Strongly suggest you correct the text of your email. Goodness knows how many people have having the same problem.
