I had a problem a few years ago when my Capital One Credit Card declined a payment to Viking Ltd for a small amount.
For this reason I stopped using PayPal for a while. I had a good track rating.
I started using a new PayPal Account using a different Credit Card and, so far, I am very satisfied.
Last week I had a burglary in my house and a few things were taken. Some of the items were bought through my old account. Now, the insurance company has asked me for Proof of Purchase and the only way I can provide that is by accessing my old account, which I don't remember closing, so may be existing.
I have found payment details from my Capital One statements. I no longer use the Capital One Card.
I have the seller ID BUT I cannot find the first seller that I searched for.
Is it possible to request details from PayPal or Ebay?
