Frozen account

My account has been frozen because of unauthorised activity. Shall I close the account and reopen another?

I am really sorry to hear about the limitation placed on your account. When an account is limited this is mostly due to security reasons https://goo.gl/GfJV4V. For example, our internal security system may have detected unusual activity as you have mentioned. I understand that this is not the ideal situation but we aim to keep both your account and the PayPal platform safe. It is important that you follow the instructions received by email and/or listed in the Resolution Centre as this should speed up the review of your account.
