Hi, I'm trying to add an account to my paypal account. I first started this transaction a couple of years ago (Aug 09) and never completed it. At the time paypal sent two small amounts to my bank account for me to verify so that I could add this account. Now I can't access those amounts because my online info doesn't go back that far. What should I do?
