Email address added by someone not me

Help! First someone used my account and now someone's tried to add an email address to my account. The former problem was quickly resolved but the latter I cannot see how to fix... Obviously the address is not confirmed and I have changed my password again but I feel really anxious. How do I stop this?

If there has been unauthorised activity on your PayPal account, the best thing to do would be to remove the email address that does not belong to you and to change your Password and Security Questions to restore the safety of your account. Here's how.
