Do paypal ever answer the phone?

Trying to get through on a suspected fraudulent transaction and have been on hold over 30 minutes now.

What sort of customer service is this?

Tried the call me back option and that isnt working, surprise surprise.

They answer it when they feel like it totally unacceptable customer service I’ve had the same problem on numerous occasions it’s a disgrace and even when you do get past all the robotic **bleep** it’s just appealing

Horrible, non-existent customer service. This company doesn't care. Why do we use them and enrich them??????? They are ridiculous. You wonder how they got so rich by giving their customers zilch, zero service. Why keep people on the phone if you know you will NEVER answer??? Paypal is such a disgrace. Time to move on to their competitors.
