I had an issue, where Paypal lost all of my money for a while, I did not get a satifactory answer so tried to make a formal complain. This takes some time and when I went to submit, nothing happened. I know Paypal are trying to wear me down so I ust give up. How to I contact someone are this organisation who will listen to my complaint?
On the right, under 'Contact PayPal', click Email Us.
Enter your details and click Log In, or if you can’t log in, click Continue on the right side of the screen.
On the 'Send an Email' screen, from the 'Topic' dropdown select File a complaint, then select the sub-topic How to make a formal complaint to PayPal, and click Submit.
Read the information on screen. If you're sure you still need to submit a formal complaint, click Continue.
Complete the form with your details and click Submit.
We'll be in touch as soon as possible to address your complaint.
