From two weeks I am trying to create a paypal account, but on the last where I need to input my address getting mess. I filled in the address and press continue then it says ''sorry something went wring please try again later''. I keep trying but for two weeks, but still the same. the other issue is I cant go back to step 1 and 2, if I wanted to edit my info as well. somebody help Malaka
