My account was originally for the UK, years ago.However for about the last 5 years I have lived abroad and I had added my foreign bank cards and addresses. But now it's impossible to update or add anything unless its a UK address or phone number? Was this changed? Do I need to set up another account?
Paypal is country specific so if you move country you have to open another paypal account in that country and add an address / phone number / and bank accounts from within that country.
