Blocked access to my account

During the last 10 years I have transferred lots of money from my private bank account to my PayPal account. Theres about 100 dollars on my account at the moment!

Suddenly a security measures page pops up after logging in asking for my VISA CREDIT CARD NUMBER. I DO NOT OWN A VISA CREDIT CARD!!! so why this acess-blocking question. Due to one PP-employee my account will be blocked forever until I give my VISA NUMBER. So, there went all my 100 dollars.

So, now I´ve lost a lot of money due to this VISA security activity.

A warning will be sent globally about this ( by me ) ; never deposit anything, all you money will be blocked due to PayPal´s

security activities.

By the way, I have sent  eleven emails concerning this problem; all of them of none use to me; they all say; get access and then.....

That does sound frustrating.

 

It sounds to me like we are trying to establish that your account is safe with these types of steps.
