I need to remove one bank account and add a new one but paypal will not let me as it is saying I have pending transactions on the one which needs closing - I don't, I have not used paypal for purchases recently!
Also when trying to add a new account, I enter the details then am informed I cannot be verified so there is no way to progress forward?
Is there any way to get in touch with paypal without ringing?
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > and under "manage upcoming payments" top left of page second option down is pre-approved payments.
