Hi
I sold an item in Ebay and I liked the payment through paypal. The purchace was on sold on "no return allowed " status and now the buyer is requesting money back from paypal complaining that the item was not as described.
Please help
What should I do?

Your no returns policy only applies to buyer remorse, buyers are still covered if an item is 'not as described'.
Normally as paypal does not view the item they 'tend' to favour the buyer BUT the buyer has to return the item back to you (trackable) before you have to refund.
But whether paypal ask them to do that or not you will have to wait and see.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

INAR trumps seller no return policy,on both Ebay and Paypal.
Worse,if you insist on no return ,Ebay figures you dont want it back,so it will refund in full and let her keep your item,so would the cc issuer.
