I bought today an item ($609.99) from ebay, after payment this error appeared: This order was not successful. Order cost has not been included in the total amount.
I read on Paypal that the payment was denied, but in my bank account the money is missing.
In resolution center I tried to dispute the transaction, but it says "The Transaction IDs are not valid"
Most likely you did not get charged for this transaction as it was failed to be processed meaning no payment was not processed & if it was (whic i highly doubt) then, it would probably have went into your linked PayPal which you will see then transfer to your bank. To confirm whether you were charged or not, please call eBay at (866)-540-3229 & speak with the resolution department so they can check this one for you & determine if you were charged or not & where the money was placed if you were charged & reimbursed.
