A buyer made a purchase online for a book but inputed the incorrect mailing address. Per the buyers request I canceled the order and issued a refund so he can make a new order with the correct address. Becuase I was unable to locate the cancel order button via Ebay, i issued a refund via Paypal. I then canceld the order on Ebay (after searching high and low) and they automaticlly issued a refund for the same order. So I refunded the customer twice. What am I to do in this situation?

how did you issue the refund from Paypal?
did you look up the original transaction and refund?if so,then there is no duplicate Ebay refund.
if the paypal refund is a new transaction ,then is it for goods and services?
if so,file dispute of item not received,or just ask the buyer to return the payment.
