Hi all, can someone help, sold a phone on eBay and the payment said received on PayPal so I sent the item, then it said 'payment was cancelled by sender' it appears on my PayPal statement but is crossed out and I have not received the money, can't get hold of the buyer of the phone yet.. How do I resolve this as the resolution centre seems to be only for buyers and the one on eBay says they e paid, it seems the have tried but it didn't go through or got cancelled
