Simply give eBay general support a call at (866)-540-3229 & ask to speak to the Trust & Safety Department. These are the account specialist on eBay & what they will do is pull up your account & your name along with your registered address but, please make sure its your real government name & address because the way this verification process will work is that they will pull you up in their government system & once they have you, they will ask you a few questions like about 5 questions. Only downfall to this is that if you get these questions wrong, they will suspend you from eBay & you wont be able to use eBay to sell anymore. Best of luck to you & have a good one! ~AG.
