Well ''we'' didn't do anything as we are not paypal customer services.

This is a user to user help forum.

But if the funds are actually showing in your paypal account balance but pending then it sounds like the ebay or paypal new seller hold.

As you have not said where you sold the item i suggest you go read up on either ebay or paypals new seller hold.
