The login fails, spinning wheel never completes. This is a known issue among eBay users, but eBay refuses to acknowledge what is going on. Twice when I clicked buy now and went to pay, the Paypal login hangs forever then eBay removes the item from my cart as though it was never there.
I am seeing a similar problem. When I select Paypal as my payment option it spins and spins. If I click on pay with debit/credit card it accepts my payment. I just went in and reset payment method to Paypal and received an email stating it has been changed but it still is not working. Very frustrating!!
