no refund

I ordered, and received, a remote control  on eBay.  It doesnt work, and seller agreed to refund money if I returned it. 

 

I returned it, but there is no refund, and the seller won't answer emails.

 

I have wandered around the many pages on Paypal, and am going in circles trying to figure out how to get Paypal or Ebay to act on this.  Each page presents me with many options that are irrelevant, and nothing that deals with this particular issue.

 

Enough time has passed , so I know the seller has the remote by now.

 

Any addvice would be appreciated.

File a dispute on ebay or paypal for item received but not as described.

 

I hope you sent it back trackable because if they find in your favour you have to provide a tracking number to prove delivery of the item back to the seller before you get a refund.
