Okay so I was about to buy an item from japan for $58.98 with paypal, and I live Indonesia, i very am new to this 🙂 how do you know the amount paypal is going to charge you when buying an item ? thank you very much! ^^
Paypal does not charge buyers, sellers pay the fees.
