when i try to puchase my shipping labels through my pay pal it tells me there is a problem with my account i dont have funds i have $60 its just not available yet how can i ship the items if it wont let me print the labels
Sorry that you're having trouble getting your labels to print. I'm including a link to our FAQ about the payment holds you're experiencing that has a section that should explain how you'd be able to print shipping labels with a held balance.

I just sold my first item on eBay and they made a payment to my pay pal. The day after (today) I shipped the item directly, I didn't print a shipping label, was I supposed to? Cause it says pending on the amount I was supposed to receive. Why can I not access my funds?
