I have been trying to purchae an item from eBay for a couple hours now. I have ay pepaid Visa giftcard which I haved used about three times before on there. I checked my balance and it IS above what the item costs, but it always says I have insufficient funds or that I need to enter a debit or credit card. Is there any way to stop this? I'm in a bit of a hurry to buy and no method is helping. The card is also under my paypal but when I enter it at the eBay checkout under the Paypal option, it gives me the same message 😞
