I have my account loaded with a visa vanilla giftcard and accidently purchased the wrong item... And refunded it. Paypal ended up refunding it to the giftcard which cannot be reloaded... How can I take it from my giftcard to my account
Is it on your gift card or not. In one statement you say it cannot be reloaded to your gift card, then that is is on the gift card.
Gift cards are generally for purchases, not for transfers to another account. You'l probably just have to spend it like it was intended to be spent on a new purchase.
If there is a phone number on the back of the card you could call that number for details.
