Has your merchant provided you a tracking number? If they have, you can take it to the appropriate shipping company website and enter it there. Even if your seller is overseas, their local website can be used to track a number online (provided they shipped it with online tracking). Can't find a good tracking website? There some aggregator tracking sites, such as www.track-trace.com, that will pull your tracking information from each associated country.
If you haven't received a tracking number from your merchant, you'll want to reach out to them directly and inquire about the status of your order.
