Hello, this is my first time that a refund process takes to long. I bought a Camera on Ebay as you can see. For somehow the seller can't ship it using express method so i ask for a refund. He Said, Cancel Requests was made. When i checked in ebay the cancellation request is still in pending, i contact the seller again and he said that i should accept the cancel request made. but when i click reply on this (check photo)http://postimg.org/image/bps91woxn/
A Message Appears: The Seller canceled the order and sent you a refund, email confirmation soon

But it's beenalready hours and i haven't received any confirmation regarding this transaction except for the receipts but not the refund. Please Kindly Help thanks.
