Okay so i have put on item on sale on ebay and bid has ended so when i checked my account it shows payment status "Completed - funds not yet available". So does that mean do i send the item already or do wait till the funds not yet available goes away? Also how can i transfer my paypal balance on my bank account?
modesto, Log in to your PayPal account and click on the payment's "Details" link to see the Transaction Details page... the top left section of the details page will indicate whether it's OK to ship the item.
After the funds become available, you can transfer them to your bank account by clicking on the "Withdraw" tab... this will initiate an ACH transfer to your linked bank account.
