Ebay payment

Can anyone help.

I have used ebay and paypal for years without any real problems and have 2 email adresses linked to the account and haven't had any issue up until now.

I have set up a new ebay account using one of the email addresses  but now, having sold a few items, the buyer has attempted to make payment but nothing is in my account and the timer is still shown on the Ebay payment page.

When I try to investigate and it takes me through the verification process is says I'm not recognised (I even pressed the confirmation of phone number and am still waiting for the verification code, even though it would expired a few hours back.)

What should I do?

I'm having the EXACT same problem! I too am a first time seller. And you're right...never had a problem with being "verified" until it came time to pay me! Am I missing something?!
