Okay so I purchased a product on ebay that I won. The money got taken out of my account through their paypal. A few hour laters. It was removed from ebay and the seller was no longer a member. I cannot get a hold of them, I just want to cancel my purchase now. It says I have not paid but I clearly have it is in my bank statement. and it has never been credited back to my account. I didnt have paypal at the time so It isnt in my paypal activity. I am unsure how to fix this problem.
Sounds as if you paid as a guest payer, you can still file a dispute for non receipt of item but you need to contact customer services and they will open a dispute for you.
Click on the contact us option bottom of paypal pages and phone them.
