CAN'T USE SHIPPING MONEY TO PRINT LABEL!!!

I know we are supposed to have pending balanced with the 21 day payment thing, but I can't print the label to send a product because it says there is no money available yet. I thought that shipping money was supposed to be used for the postage even though it is not available at the moment, and once it is available, the money is charged. Anyone has this problem too? Please someone answer I need to send buyers their things on ebay!

By the way this problem is with paypal not allowing me to do this.

I had the same problem. 

Here's the thing.  I get that I don't have any available money currently loaded in my PayPal account.   I understand that it can take up to 3 days for me to get money into that account.  I also understand that the money that is in my account, while it would be more than sufficient to ship the item, is pending for up to 21 days.  Fine.

Isn't PayPal linked to my bank account and credit card number?  Why is it that the service that I use PayPal for everywhere else on the internet, isn't available inside PayPal itself?  Am I missing something?

I had no choice but to close PayPal and go directly to the USPS.com site to create a label and ship my product.  Ironically, I used the PayPal feature on the USPS site to pay for my label.  Also, I saved a buck because of USPS online only savings.

Either I need education, or this isn't very well thought out.
