For some ODD reason ive been scammed VIA Teamviewer , they send me 3000 to my paypal and bought items on ebay and dispute the 3000 giving me - 3000 , after i saw that (3hrs) i dispute the payment for the products, only 2 sellers didnt refund the other one is iphone 6 worth 700. the incident happened march 26th , march 27th the seller of iphone respond saying he already sent the iphone and have been recieved the same day it bought march 26th. he escalete it to paypal to decide.
on the dispute i made i send 3 times note to dont ship or deliver the product for it is not me who bought and im to far on that place because i am from philippines and the one who oredred that via team viewer is in USA. i cant believe that UPS do ship product lessthan 24hrs via ebay seller.
they provide tracking, anyone any idea will i win in this case? please help
