two step verification for Business Account

Can one setup as they can for personal account, two step verification for Business account.

Yes !

Assuming you have a US PayPal Business Account.

Login to your account.

Click on "Profile.

Click on "My settings".
Look for "Security Key" - Manage my security keys.

Click on "Update".

It's easy from there.
