I have been locked out of my PayPal account for 4 months now and I cant get a hold of anyone from PayPal to fix it. I had created a new account to try and get ahold of them but they won't answer. I call about 2 times a week but I don't get passed hold. the last time I tried to call they hung up on me and I was on hold the entire time about 3 hours. they keep saying my bill is past due for my credit account but they won't let me log on to pay it and their phone is useless how do I get this fixed.
