i seem tto have a problem, i cannot link my card to this and idk,my card has a lot of money on it but i cant link it to paypal, and its not expire either .why am i being declined
Make sure that you have registered both your name and address with the card issuer. Also ensure that name and address matches the info you used to setup your PayPal Account. When you try to link a card - PayPal will check to see who's name and address is registered - if there's no name and address or the info does not match with the account setup - the card is rejected and cannot be linked.
