Currently I am having issues adding my bank account. I was able to link the card account, but whenever I try to link my bank account they keep giving me an error message. I have checked with the bank regarding my bank routing number and account number. I tried calling the customer service center and they informed me that there are no other bank accounts added. Can anybody give me a solution of how I can add my bank account? Do I have to open another bank with a major bank? Anything will help.
