how can I get my money

I have some money in my paypal account and I wanted to get it in my credit card, however I can´t seem to find the option to do that.

The other issue is that I am asked to add a US account to get transferred the money but I don´t have one.

What can I do?  How can I get my money in my credit card?

Thank you for joining the community! I'm sorry to hear that you've been unable to withdraw the funds on your account.

The capabilities for withdrawal vary from country to country. In Guatemala, where your profile shows your account is registered, withdrawal is only possible to a US bank account. If you do not have one, the funds can otherwise be spent by making purchases from your PayPal balance.
