My account was limited in 09/28/2017

i sent all information asked me in resolution center and until today still limited

How long time paypal needs to fix this problem?

It will take until PayPal completes it's investigation and research related to your account, the limitation reason, and the documents submitted.

No one here has any details abut your account or the details you did or did not submit.

There no way to know how many days or weeks or months the investiation will take.  There may not even be a successful resolution.

It depends on the issues and you have not disclosed any details about your account or activities or even the reason for the limitation.

it's the reason i don"t like to use paypal

For no reason they took me us$ 2,000

I always receive from same customer and never had problem

I have no charge back, no claims, no dispute since opened my account.

How many times have you received funds from the same party?  What type of payment?  What countries are involved?  What are you seling?  What are you shipping?

I'm in Florida and my customer in New York

Every month i receive 2 or 3 payments by invoice

I sell toner cartridges and this last sell i need to make money because my small warehouse was flooded by Irma hurricaine and I lost more than 90% 

this payment was done by the rest of stuffs that i dont lost and now my money is available in paypal balance but as i receive a payment , paypal limited my account.

so i lost everything

irma and paypal destroyed me

There are many reasons PayPal could limit an account.  If you are selling to the same customer only and it is on a routine basis PayPal might look for more information.  I suppose you always include tracking number.

If one of your regular buyers or sellers has PayPal issues with international or suspicious dealings it would reflect on your own account.

I no idea what PayPal requested.   You should be able to have an idea based on what what requested and what you submitted.

Same customer

always send by fedex with tracking and i only receive after merchandise was delivered

I only sell by paypal to this same customer and buy my cartridges paying with paypal , so paypal always have access to my invoices.

I sell no more than US$ 2,000 per month , so i'm upset.

I send my id , proof of address ,my social, my wellsfargo bank statement, everything they asked ,so i don't know why still limited .
