I wanted to use a different address for shipping, but it ended up using the same as the billing address, which is a different country. i want to change this setting, i want to receive my purchase in a different location, how can i do this?
The merchant or seller is requiring that your shipping address and your billing address must be the same, it's called a "confirmed address" in PayPal speak. This is not something you can change unless you contact the merchant or seller and can reach an agreement. It's a way that sellers or merchants can qualify for PayPal's Seller Protection policies, most sellers or merchants won't take the risk because if something goes wrong, they won't have Seller Protection.
