Look for "Seller preferences" in the "Selling tools" column on the left side of the main page. Click it and it will open a new page. Now look for the section "Getting paid and managing my risk". There will be an option to "Block payments" with a link on the far right to "Update". That's where you make the changes. Hope this helps.
