After 15 years of using PayPal for my eBay sells, and for address verification, they have suspended my account, and in spite of the fact that I have uploaded Utility Bills, Drivers licence and ID verification, it seems no one cares to look at them and open my account. I just sold 3 items on eBay, and because the buyer can't pay (rcvd e-mail from PayPal that account is suspended) he has cancelled the orders. I have called twice, and the answer is, "someone will look at the uploaded documents", yes, but it's 3 weeks! What other options are available?
