I've been trying to add money to my account, and when I choose the option to add funds it tells me to add more information, but I have every piece of information filled out on my account. What do I do?

Phone PayPal customer service and ask.

We cannot see your account details and we have no idea what you already submitted, nor we have any idea why any information was requested.
