I have not used my paypal for several years. I would like to begin using again especially with the holiday season coming. My old email address is long gone and I have stopped using it years ago beacuse of hackers getting in several times. i have a email that I have been uing and just want to link up with paypal. This seems to be a big problem doing it on line. Also, I do not have a mobile phone or cell so can't use that as a contact. Anyone know how to fix this issue?
