I received a W9 warning that the tax number and the name on my account do not match. When I set up this account I had a former employee do it and used my business tax id number. I would like to change the account name to my own or my business name so the information matches. I think I also need to change the type of account it is from personal to business. Is there a way to do this? I have tried to contact Paypal but all I get is automated emails back.
