I moved about a year ago and I was able to update my primary address to my new street address but I cannot delete my old street address from my account. I get the message to remove my old address from the cards in my wallet. However when I go to the wallet and click on all the forms of payment my old address is NOT there-- when I add a new card my old address appears in a pull down menu along with my new address but there is nowhere to delete it.
I've tried calling Paypal a few different times but it's time consuming and they are usually of no help. Thanks for any information.
Sadly, the issue is that the old address does not appear under that link. It displays on the My Business Info page, but when you click Edit, the old address is not there to delete.
I'm having the same issue and that doesn't work. When I go to my addresses and try to remove the old address, it just gives the error message "Before you delete this address, go to your Wallet and remove it from your cards." In my wallet, my linked debit card has my current address, but my linked bank account doesn't show an address at all, and therefore nothing to remove. So the only way to fix this is to call customer service, apparently.
