I logged in a Few Times With My USER ID and Password, Then a week ago Later I tried Using My User ID and Password again But It Did not Let Me Access? WHY NOT What Can I do To Set My User ID and Password instead of my Email Addres

I'm unsure what you're referring to outside of your email to log in, unless you're talking about one of our products or another website besides PayPal.
