Trying to close my account

I've tried to close my account using the close option in account settings. I get an error page stating  "Before you close your account.....Sorry there's a problem.." I don't have a balance. I've deactived all previous subscriptions and payments. I just want this account closed. Thank you for any help

Just follow the error message instructions and contact customer service.  Click on the "contact" link at the bottom of the page.
